Lineup is a booking service for barbershops, operated by M J Ramos Inc. When this policy says "we" or "us" it means M J Ramos Inc. The service runs at setlineup.com.
Two different people use Lineup, and we hold different information about each.
If you are a customer, the shop you booked with decides what happens with your appointment records. We hold that information on the shop's behalf and act on its instructions.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.
To run the booking service and nothing further: to show a shop's availability, to take and hold an appointment, to send the confirmation and reminder for it, to let a shop manage its own schedule, and to bill a shop for its subscription.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We use a small number of service providers, each doing one job:

Text messaging is not enabled today. When a shop turns it on, these terms apply.
If you start signing up for an account and never confirm your email address, the address you connected from is removed from that unconfirmed request within thirty days.
Appointment and account records are kept for as long as the shop holds an account with us, because a shop's history of who it has served and what it has charged is the record of its own business.
We correct records rather than erasing them. A cancelled appointment is marked cancelled and stays on the books; it is not removed. This is deliberate — a booking system whose history can quietly change is one no shop can rely on.
If you have an account, you can see and change your own details by signing in.
If you booked as a customer and want to know what a shop holds about you, or want it removed, contact the shop first — it holds the record and can act on it directly. You can also write to us at the address below and we will pass the request on, or act on it ourselves where the law requires us to.
When identifying information is removed at a request, we remove the name, phone number, and email address from the record. The appointment itself remains, with no identity attached to it.
Lineup is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from anyone under thirteen. A parent or guardian should make the booking where the appointment is for a child.
Access to shop data is restricted at the database itself, so one shop cannot read another's records. Traffic to the site is encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Where a change materially affects how we handle information already collected, we will say so rather than leaving it to the date.
